Built by a coach. Proven by his own sons.

Most academies sell potential. Ejike turned it into reality — starting at home. A former professional footballer and UEFA-licensed coach, he developed his three sons from their first sessions into players at two of football's most demanding academies.

Today Destiny is a forward at FC Barcelona, Divine is in La Masia and represents Spain at youth level, and David has signed with RCD Espanyol. None of it came from shortcuts — it came from discipline, consistency and a relentless mindset.

He turned down club coaching offers to focus on his own boys first. Now 3D Talent opens that same proven pathway to committed young players anywhere in the world.

From a setback to a signing.

David came through the FC Barcelona youth system as a prolific young goalscorer — until a serious injury and a loan move to UE Cornellà threatened to derail everything.

Drawing on a career's worth of experience, Ejike built him an intensive, individualised recovery and development programme — rebuilding his body, his sharpness and, above all, his mindset.

He fought his way back to the elite level and signed with RCD Espanyol for 26/27. The lesson at the heart of 3D Talent: talent didn't carry him back — discipline, focus and determination did.
